Position Description

The School of Management at San Jose State University’s Lucas College and Graduate School of Business seeks to fill Assistant (tenure-track) position/s in Strategic Management beginning August 2025. Applicants should be interested in teaching courses in primarily Strategic Management and also interested in teaching Organizational Theory, Business and Society, and if applicable Business Law. Research areas can focus on any aspect of strategic management but should have a strong connection to innovation and its role at the organizational and societal levels.

The School of Management (SOM) is home to the Management and Human Resource Management undergraduate concentrations in the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business. The school has approximately 1,400 majors and offers 17 tenured/tenure track faculty, 30 lecturers, and offers courses in the undergraduate program and across multiple graduate programs and certificates. Conditional Offer

The work for this faculty position is located in the State of California and requires commuting to the campus.
