Chief Psychiatric Medical Director to oversee all administrative and clinical operations related to behavioral health and psychiatric care. This executive leader will drive the strategic vision of the department through innovative behavioral health programs that serve the community and prioritize the highest standards of care. They will supervise a direct staff of seven, consisting of associate medical directors and nurse managers, up to 200 indirect reports, and an approximate budget of $43 million. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrator of a large health system with strong knowledge of behavioral health and acute psychiatric care, and will have a hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
