PRINCIPAL COMMUNICATIONS OPERATOR
Description
job descriptionA Principal Communications Operator supervises Senior Communications Operators and Communications Information Representatives; handles timekeeping, staffing schedules, and conflict resolution, while also being responsible for hiring, training, and performance reviews. Coordinates ARCC Maintenance Dispatch operations, develops standard operating procedures, and modifies workflows for Maximo usage.
