Description
Quality Management Behavioral Technician (Observer) St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center, 5300 Arsenal Street, St Louis, Missouri 63139 1 st Shift (Sat/Sun Off) Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,458.32This is mid-level technical work collecting data by observing client behavior. Observes clients and records behavior and interactions. Enters observational data into computerized assessment systems for summarization and analysis.
Job duties include but are not limited to: - Complete all requirement and deadline expectations set up for the initial training and certification of both TSBC and SRIC assessment systems within the initial training period of 6 months.
- Observe and record patient and staff behavior according to the TSBC and SRIC assessment systems.
- Attain and maintain proficiency in collecting and processing TSBC and SRIC data from start to finish (including, but not limited to, collection, entry, checking, editing, distribution, and continual coding maintenance).
- Participate in and maintain required reliability on all scheduled reliability and spot checks for both TSBC and SRIC assessment systems.
- Accurately complete all required TSBC and SRIC paperwork as outlined in the training manuals.
- Gather and tabulate data or other job relevant tasks.

Eligibility Requirements: Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience. No discipline in the previous 12 months.
Preferred : Two or more years of experience as a Behavioral Technician Trainee or Support Care Assistant and College Degree
OR Two or more years of supervised experience under the direction of a licensed Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor in the administration and scoring of standardized intelligence and personality tests; and possession of a college degree
OR Two or more years of experience involving the care and treatment of clients in a mental health setting at the level of Senior Support Care Assistant or Therapeutic Service Worker and possession of a College Degree.
