How You Will Make an Impact: We are seeking a
Senior Human Resources Analyst to provide senior level professional and analytical support and staff supervision to advance human resources initiatives, programs, policy, and process improvements. Our Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of professionals and will possess the following:
- A Combination of Education and Experience - such as a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience performing diverse human resources functions two (2) years of which involved lead or supervisory experience.
- Initiative - prioritize continuous improvement of HR programs and activities.
- Innovative Outlook - lead and supervise staff on recruitment and selection progress.
- Collaboration & Teamwork - work collaboratively with others and across the agency on initiatives involving modernization and realignment activities.
