You will be leading efforts on many critical and exciting initiatives: leading the implementation of the County’s 2023-2033 strategic plan, overseeing the execution of the County’s 2021 Comprehensive Plan, driving initiatives to expand housing availability and improve affordability, building sustainable economic development that balances growth and conservation, enhancing collaboration, and strengthening EMS services.
The County desires candidates with Bachelor’s Degrees in public administration or a related field. A Master’s Degree in public or business administration is preferred. A minimum of five years of government administrative management required, with a record of progressive supervisory and management experience.
