As a participant in the Summer Internship program at the State of Missouri, Office of Administration you will network with those in your chosen profession while serving the citizens of Missouri. Our internship offers you an opportunity to receive meaningful work experience in the field of Public Administration. You will perform entry-level tasks while taking part in opportunities to develop skills and participate in projects that affect the lives of Missourians.

The internship schedule is flexible at 20-40 hours per week, within standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (no weekends) and generally lasts through the end of July. The program aims to cultivate a pool of diverse talent that includes people of populations currently underrepresented in the State workforce.

Note: This position will primarily support the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams. Additional support may be requested by other teams within the Division of Personnel as the need arises. Interviews will take place in February/March with a start date of May 16, 2025 or June 2, 2025.
