Description

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Associate Director for Personnel for Student Affairs, and with a dotted-line report to the Associate Vice President of Campus Health and Wellbeing , the Personnel Analyst is directly responsible for processing a broad range of personnel actions related to the development of job descriptions, recruitments, reassignments, position tracking, and assuring compliance with bargaining unit agreements. In collaboration with the Student Affairs Human Resources Business Partner, and other executive leaders, this position supports management in executing a portfolio of human resources actions as well as support for training and safety activities.

The purpose of Campus Health & Wellbeing is to help students achieve and maintain academic success and lifelong health and wellbeing by providing timely and appropriate primary and acute health care, disease and injury prevention education, professional mental health, outreach, educational services and campus consultations.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Per Year

Classification Range: $46,549 - $89,856 Per Year
