This position will be located at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building at 1101 Riverside Drive. Jefferson City, MO 65101.
- Provide support to the drinking water and clean water fee managers
- Assist with mailings, report preparation, and data entry
- Process and prepare drinking water and clean water fee daily deposits and receive credit payments by phone
- Process encumbrance payments for the Water Protection Program subawards
- Assist with grant tracking by making sure expenditures are on target with budgets
- Assist with drinking water and clean water fee collection
- File and archive
- Answer unit’s main phone line and provide assistance

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience).
- Ability to organize work on a daily or weekly basis by exercising independence and judgment
- Ability to perform a variety of administrative duties, operate basic office equipment, and perform related tasks in support of the unit
- Ability to provide guidance to other team members

Salary:
$38,376-$40,296 per Year
