The Department of Public Works is responsible for delivering capital improvement projects for a wide variety of City facilities and infrastructure, maintaining City facilities and fleet assets, facilitating, and regulating development activities, radio communications, and providing animal care and services. Position Duties

Salary range(s) for this classification is $73,098.48 - $89,063.52 annually. This salary range(s) includes an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation. Actual salary shall be determined by the final candidates’ qualifications and experience.

The Public Works Department is seeking a Desktop Support Technician I to support the City’s technology requirements. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will also need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well with both technical and non-technical staff, and be able to work in a dynamic, high packed environment with a mixture of operational tasks and project assignments. This position is 100% on-site M-F, 8hrs a day; remote work is not available currently.
