The Human Resources Department is seeking an experienced human resources professional who is enthusiastic about working with people, excels at providing exceptional client services, and wants to be a part of a high-performing workplace. The Senior Human Resources Analyst performs a wide variety of complex professional level human resources work which may include the areas of Employee Benefits, Classification & Compensation, Recruitment/Selection, and/or Employee Relations.

As a Senior Human Resources Analyst, you'll work closely with your assigned department leadership to explore and implement human resources solutions that positively impact the organization. T his position will support the Fire Department.

This posting may be extended depending on the number of applications received.

Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate's experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $92,580.80/annually.
