Description

Job Location: The primary office for this full-time position is at our St. Charles Habilitation Center, located at 22 Mar Lane; St. Charles, MO 63303; however, the position requires regular travel to our South County Habilitation Center, located at 2312 Lemay Ferry Rd.; St. Louis, MO 63125. Regular work schedule will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with weekends and holidays off; however, schedule flexibility is required to meet the needs of the facility.

What you’ll do:

This is a professional supervisory position accountable for developing, implementing, and monitoring crisis programs for consumers with developmental disabilities. This position will also be accountable for implementing and monitoring habilitation programs and positive behavior supports for crisis consumers. You will serve as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in developing and reviewing individualized habilitation plans. You will supervise and monitor the work of Behavioral Technicians assigned to the Crisis homes.



Per CMS Guidelines §483.430 to meet Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), you will need three years of experience providing services to a person with intellectual disabilities, one of which must be in a supervisory role, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Recreation, or Human Services (sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology).
