The ideal candidate for Senior Administrative Analyst with the Fire Department will have experience providing support for critical business services and data analytics in Fire Administration, Suppression, safety training, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and/or Office of Emergency Management (OEM). This position will manage business processes and services, including contracts, grants, MOUs, EMS Trust Funds, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, human resources, and IT coordination. This position is primarily responsible for developing and managing the Fire Department annual budget, and serving as a Custodian of Records for department Public Records Act (PRA) and subpoena processing.
