Pay Range: $28.84/hr. - $37.49/hr.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other engineering discipline from an accredited college or university with no experience required.
- Valid Texas Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous work or internship experience with a municipality, water / sewer engineering consultant or development industry
- Engineer-in-Training certification
The Graduate Engineer job responsibilities include: - Be proactive in communicating with the community and remaining organized
- Perform analysis using Innovyze water and wastewater modeling programs
- Assist in the evaluation of water and sewer engineering studies submitted for potential developments within the City of Fort Worth.
- Perform fire flow analysis using Innovyze water modeling program
- Analyze water related data from SCADA and billing systems
- Update hydraulic models using available GIS, SCADA and other data
- Research as-built plan sets to answer infrastructure questions
- Support contract development for wholesale customers and developers
- Population growth estimation and spatial allocation
- Prepare maps for discussions and presentations
- Other related duties as required
