Description
Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood, Jefferson City MO 65109 (hybrid scheduling may be possible after successful orientation).

- Collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Ryan White (RW) Benefits Administrator (HSI), BHSH management, RW programmatic staff, Office of Epidemiology (OOE), Office of Financial and Budget Services (OFABS), and other RW stakeholders to ensure compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
- Ensuring the quality of RW Part B Program data including HIV Case Management related information contained in the client-level database. This includes generating, reviewing and analyzing various RW Part B data reports and creation of new reports. Assisting Part B leadership by facilitating communication regarding data and reporting between the contracted database administrator and RW Part B.
- Provides leadership and coordination for the RW Part B Quality Management program. Assisting in the development and implementation of RW performance measures and quality improvement initiatives.
- Providing technical assistance regarding data and reporting requirements for various RW stakeholders, as needed.
- Conducting fiscal monitoring of RW Part B contracted providers during scheduled site visits and assisting programs with fiscal desk audits.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (relevant experience may be considered as substitute)
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal level of supervision.
- Prior experience with customer service is preferred.

Salary:
$58,500.00-$64,000.00 per Year
