Job DescriptionTraining Coordinator $7,083.34 per month 1 PositionBryan, Texas The Role at a GlanceJoin a high-impact team supporting workforce development and transportation safety across Texas. Under the direction of the Transportation & Heavy Equipment Training Manager, the Training Coordinator plays a key role in scheduling, organizing, and delivering training across the CDL, transportation/highway safety, and heavy equipment programs. This position is responsible for coordinating instructors, managing client relationships, monitoring course quality, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications of the Role - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of related experience in project coordination and management to include one year of supervisory experience.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Must maintain Texas Department of Public Safety and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements for Designated Responsible Person.
Equivalency: Will consider an associate’s degree with four years of related experience in project coordination and management to include one year of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma or GED with six years of related experience in project coordination and management to include one year of supervisory experience.
