The Basics (Required Education and Experience) - Bachelor's degree
- Two years of job-related experience
- Valid Driver’s License and “safe” driving record
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted

Beyond the Basics (Preferred Education and Experience) - 2 years of job related experience recruiting, managing and training volunteers
How Will We Know You're 'The One'? - Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer operating systems and use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced critical thinking and project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to manage multiple assignments requiring attention to detail
- Ability to exercise independent and sound judgment in performing the duties of the position
- Ability to maintain good boundaries with high level of confidentiality

Market Range: 23.94 - 40.70
