Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in security management, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership role; a Master’s degree is desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position may be considered. Experience in public transportation is highly desirable.

Licensing/Certification Requirements:
Valid Arizona driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment.
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) credentials (not required, but preferred/highly encouraged).
TSA- or DHS-related certifications, NIMS/ICS courses and/or Emergency Management.
