Position Description
A job involving an appointment for infrequent temporary work where the employee is called in as needed.

Major/Essential Functions

• Maintains appropriate documentation related to all experiments (lab notebook), protocols, equipment, safety requirements, inventory, and orders.
• Ensures overall cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and laboratory equipment.
• Verifies the good working order of all essential laboratory equipment on a daily basis, and takes immediate measures when malfunctions are noted.
• Plans, deigns, and conducts laboratory experiments.
• Summarizes data and assists in data analysis.
• Perform DNA replication and repair assays, evaluate anticancer drug efficacies in in vitro and mouse models.

Required Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No work experience required.
