As the Executive Assistant for the Information Technology Department, you will be at the heart of administrative operations. Serving as the office manager and primary point of contact for a team of 150 employees, you will assist employees and department leadership by answering questions, researching policies and procedures, developing employee communications and serving as the Human Resources liaison.

You will also manage administrative operations, procurement to include assisting in payment processing, arranging travel for trainings and conferences and managing service contracts. This position is 60% remote, with in-office presence two days per week.

Emergency Service Worker Statement
