Please note: The salary range listed in this job description is a base salary. Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments or shift differentials may exceed salary range listed above.

This position will be located at Pomme de Terre State Park, 23451 Park Entrance Road, Pittsburg, Missouri 65724. Shift is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (30-minute lunch break). The position will have an office in the Pittsburg area. Shifts may vary with the time of year and to meet the needs of the facility; that could include working nights, weekends, holidays, evenings, and split shifts. Must be available to participate in meetings, workshops and seminars requiring overnight stays.

Pomme de Terre State Park has two areas to manage, the Hermitage area with a campground, day use area, and two boat ramps and the Pittsburg area with another campground, day use shelter, marina, and two boat ramps. There is also concessionaire operated lodging units which include, yurts, camper cabins, a full-service cabin and the Lake House. This park has more campsites than any other state park in Missouri.



To be successful in this position, a candidate will need the following skills:



Equivalent to those typically gained by:



Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
