If the candidate selected is eligible for a years-of-service pay differential, it will be added to the total compensation. A pay differential does not raise the base pay.)
Job Location: Division of Professional Registration, Missouri Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, 3605 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109.

- Answer telephone calls and emails for the board’s Licensure section.
- Correspond with applicants both verbally and in writing.
- Process name and address changes.
- File incoming electronic documents.
- Enter information from the applications into the licensure system.
- Mail licenses.
What we are looking for: Minimum Qualifications - Up to 1 year of general office procedures and customer service.
- Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications - Works semi-independently as a team member in a fast pace environment.
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately in handling a large volume of electronic documents.
- Completes data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
