Position Description
A relocation allowance of up to $5,000 is available to help cover moving expenses for eligible candidates.
Physically located on our Odessa campus, the Associate Managing Director is a hands-on and working leadership role responsible for workforce relations, benefits, leave administration, and staff recruitment. Serves as the HR leadership and primary point of contact in the Permian Basin, providing professional guidance and strategic problem-solving on complex workforce matters. This position builds strong, collaborative relationships with campus and institutional leaders to ensure alignment, consistency, and service excellence in all HR operations across the Midland and Odessa campuses. The position should demonstrate sound judgment, proactive communication, and professionalism while developing team competency and supporting divisional initiatives under the direction of the Senior Managing Director to strengthen consistency, collaboration, and adherence to TTUHSC's values-based culture.

Major/Essential Functions


Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus six years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of progressively responsible management experience to equal a minimum of 10 years.
