Description

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: The Administrative Manager position provides leadership and management decisions for the Collections and Tax Assistance Bureau. This position will oversee approximately 22 employees, including a Customer Service Manager and three Lead Customer Service Representatives. The position leads and oversees the operations and functions of the MyTax Portal, Payment Plan and Tax Clearance Section, and the Tax Information Office.

- Lead with purpose. Oversee daily operations to ensure our processes run efficiently and transparently.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of relevant experience and 2-4 years of supervisory experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Extensive leadership and proven management skills and strategic planning of diverse and complex operations.
- Ability to lead others to support and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace and ensure timely return processing.
- Ability to develop and lead process improvement projects through successful project management principles.
- Ability to develop and utilize data to evaluate and measure performance and deliverables.
