Student Worker II - EMS Program

$14.74 per hour

Location: Brayton Fire Field - College Station, TX

The Role at a Glance

Student Worker II provides general administrative support to assist with the organizational needs of the division. General responsibilities for this role include process classes into TEEXAPPS, which includes student information, grades, pushing certificates to the student’s portal, and to scan the documents when completed. Helps with making sure correct instructors are listed in TEEXAPPS from our SharePoint page. All other general offices duties as needed. The student will learn to work as a member of a team, by using customer service skills, along with communication.They will have the ability to learn to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

This position reports to the Administrative Coordinator.

Qualifications of the Role:

General Office Assistance - 80%


Other Divisional/Program Responsibilities - 20%
