Job Location: This position will be located at Document Solutions Office - 4720 Scruggs Station Rd, Jefferson City, MO 65109

This opportunity is with the Office of Administration Division of General Services Document Solutions Office. At Document Solutions, team members are responsible for printing, finishing and distributing for state agencies within the Jefferson City area.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Assist our bindery dept. in any daily tasks.
- Follow, track and prioritize jobs according to due dates.
- Load, unload and prepare print for delivery.
- Run bindery equipment as directed or needed.
- Provide assistance to other areas of production as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: - Possession of a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
- Known knowledge of office machines.
- Ability to learn standard operating procedures of each machine as prescribed by the manufacturer.
- Ability to learn bindery machinery such as flatbed cutter, folder, shrink wrapper, punch and bind coil and GBC books.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle/box truck as needed to deliver print jobs.
- Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies and/or mail weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other employees .
