Motor Vehicle Division's (MVD) mission is to identify and promote efficient, cost-effective programs that benefit the interests, safety, and well-being of Montana citizens. Job Overview:

This supervisor will overseeing the daily operations of driver services and vehicle services unit operations group. They will ensure compliance with regulations, business process, training, auditing, contracts, and manage staff effectively. Coordinating unit activities and supervising to ensure efficient processing of documents, training, auditing and communications. Establishing and implementing work procedures and priorities for new and existing programs. Resolving technical, complex and unusual problems reported by staff and interpreting regulations for customers. Engaging and promoting a positive working relationship with our business partnerships counties, stakeholders, and Authorized Agents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.

Two years of experience managing projects.

Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
