We are seeking an IT Supervisor Senior to join this team. This position provides advanced technical leadership and supervision in support of enterprise systems, data integration, and IT operations. The IT Supervisor Senior will lead cross-functional teams, oversee critical infrastructure, and drive technology solutions that align with organizational goals.

Purpose:

Under general direction, this position performs routine supervisory work, overseeing daily small to medium and moderately complex information technology (IT) operation work groups.

Join our team as a Senior IT Supervisor! In this dynamic leadership role, you'll oversee critical IT operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the implementation of innovative technology solutions. You'll play a key role in supporting enterprise systems and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Your responsibilities will include supervising Network and Desktop Support Teams, leading projects that integrate Workday data with external sources, and supporting the implementation of new electronic services. You'll also manage timekeeping and payroll systems, including UKG, BANNER, and Workday, while developing queries and databases to support data-driven decision-making.

Salary Range: $91,080.00 to $117,000.00

Days and Hours:

Monday - Friday.
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Hours may vary due to operational needs. Alternative schedules and remote work options are available. However, the position requires at least 40% of the workweek to be in-office, after an initial probationary period.

Driving Requirement:

If you are selected for this position, and meet the Driver Safety Standards in the City of Austin Driver Safety Program, you may drive when necessary to multiple locations as part of your regular job duties. Otherwise, you are responsible for getting to and from these locations.
