Description
RoleYavapai County Information Technology Services is seeking a S.E. I - Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Team!Under general supervision and direction, monitors and responds to security tools to protect systems and data from cyber threats. The work involves handling tickets and notifications related to the security of systems, and aiding in the implementation of regulatory requirements and security best practices on systems and data.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a security-focused IT environment.

Major Duties, Responsibilities- Prepares training materials and train customers in the use of new or modified systems.
- Assists in the evaluation of equipment and software.
- Participates in individual and multi-department projects while observing departmental project management standards.
- Prepares various documentation.
- Provides County-wide support for computing hardware and software in a diverse environment.
- Assists with deployment and configuration of new technology equipment.
- Responds to level II service requests, both remote and locally, ensuring a timely resolution of customer reported problems.
- Assists live meeting setups with audio/visual equipment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in information technology or related field.
Additional Requirements:Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license.
