Anticipated Hiring Range: $4,367 - $4,454 per month

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

THE DEPARTMENT:
The College of Business Administration is a dynamic and diverse hub of experiential, innovative and global education that transforms lives, organizations and societies. The College partners with its stakeholders to develop individuals with the skills, knowledge, competencies and values to be successful in professional careers and broader community, and to contribute to a dynamic global business environment. CBA offers the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with eight concentrations in six departments. The program is designed to serve both first-time freshman and students transferring from two-year colleges. The College of Business Administration is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the global accreditation leader in business higher education. The College of Business Administration (CBA) academic departments are Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Finance Real Estate and Law, International Business Marketing, Management and Human Resources, Technology and Operations Management Business, CBA Graduate Programs. Administrative departments are Dean's Office, Student Success Center and Faculty Support Center. The program is designed to serve both first-time freshman and students transferring from two-year colleges. The college offers nine graduate programs namely Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) , two Master of Science in Information Security (MSIS) - one fully online, Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics (MSBA), Master of Science in Financial Analytics, Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership, and Master of Science in Digital Supply Chain Management and Master of Science in Digital Marketing. The College and the Accounting department are accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, (AACSB), the global accreditation leader in business higher education. CSU Classification Salary Range

This position is part of the CSUEU bargaining unit 7. The CSU Classification Standards for this position are located on the CSU Classification Standards website . The CSU Salary Schedule is located on the CSU Salary Schedule website . The classification salary range for this position according to the respective skill level is: minimum $4,367 and maximum $6,362 per month. Please refer to the anticipated hiring range for the appropriate salary rate for this particular position.

University Driving Requirement

Positions that require driving for university business by using a personal or state vehicle must comply with the Authorized University Driver Policy. Driving records are monitored and evaluated by the Risk Management Department. The Risk Management Department evaluates a good driving report based on the following criteria. The driver must: 1. Have a valid California or other State Driver’s license. 2. Have no more than 3 motor vehicle violations or been the cause of 3 accidents in a 12-month period (or any combination of 3 thereof) 3. Not have more than 3 DMV Points, if their license is Class C or, 4. Not have more than 5 DMV Points, if their license is Class A, B, or C with endorsements.
