Position Description
Performs specialized, complex work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects and programs. Work is performed under supervision within established guidelines with performance based on overall results obtained.

Major/Essential Functions

• Provide training and instruction on the fundamentals of health care to all TTUHSC employees
  
• Assist in creating and implementing various system tools
  
• Provide training and development to new and existing TTUHSC employees
  
• Understand and perform a variety of health insurance functions (training/re-educating)
  
• Navigating payor websites
  
• Create presentations and improvement metrics from current/new software that is utilized
  
• Testing and troubleshooting system software/applications
  
• Create processes and workflows to help clinics flow smoothly and efficiently
  

Required Qualifications
High school plus five years experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
