Are you a welcoming and organized individual looking for a part-time career? Our Veterans Home is looking for a part-time receptionist to help us answer phones and greet visitors. This position will occasionally help us with basic clerical tasks like filing and maintaining records. If you enjoy talking with visitors, organizing files, and working with Veterans, apply today!Hourly Rate: $16.83
Examples of Work
- Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate department
- Greet visitors
- Operate standard office equipment proficiently
- Use computers and programs utilized by the facility proficiently
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of general office practices
- Ability to maintain clerical records and operate basic office equipment
- Ability to interact on the telephone or in person with the public
