The City of Waco Seeks: The City of Waco is seeking a Guest Experience Associate - PT to join our team. This individual must be a positive individual that provides our guests positive experiences. This role may process fees for admissions, retail sales, and/or food service.
Minimum Qualifications: Required:
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent and 1 year of customer service experience.
Valid Texas Driver’s License upon hire.
Texas food handler’s certificate within 90 days.
Position Overview:
Under basic supervision, provides positive guest experiences through engagement, retail sales, admissions, and/or food service to the public.
Essential Functions:
Provides prompt and courteous guest services to the public; may process fees for admissions, retail sales, and/or food service; duties may vary according to job assignment.
Maintains cash and fund accounts and records.
May prepare and serve food and maintain cleanliness standards; performs duties within scope of authority and training and in compliance with City policies.
Actively contributes to positive guest experiences.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Supports the relationship between the City of Waco and the general public by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with residents, visitors, and City staff; maintains confidentiality of work-related issues and City information
