Location: Missouri Circuit Courts

The salary reflected represents the base pay for this position and does not include any differential for time-of-service pay for state tenure.

The 25th Circuit Court is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior Program Specialist. The 25th Circuit is comprised of Maries, Phelps, Pulaski and Texas Counties. The starting salary for this position is $46,622. The position is based at the Pulaski County Courthouse in Waynesville and requires travel to other counties within the circuit. If the selected applicant resides closer to Rolla, the primary work location may be changed to the Phelps County Courthouse.

The Senior Program Specialist position is a highly responsible professional position in a court within the Missouri State Court System. This position includes administrative and managerial work in treatment courts. The work of an employee in this position requires a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to complete work within scheduled deadlines.

The Senior Program Specialist manages treatment court programs, which includes budgeting, accounting and finance, personnel, and related administrative services. Prepares the treatment court budget, identifies and prepares applications for and administering local, state and federal grants that would assist with the operation of the treatment court. Prepares, administers and monitors contracts for services relating to the treatment court. Prepares and/or maintains the treatment court operating manual, participant information packet, public information packet and other materials necessary for the operation of the treatment court program.



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three years of varied administrative experience performing duties related to public administration
