Job Description

Location: Oklahoma City - 3017 N Stiles Avenue

Salary: up to $78,000.00, based on education and experience

Full Time /Part Time: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Primary Hours: 8-5

Position Description:

The Lead Clinician is responsible for directing programs by providing supervision to others, assuring maintenance of the facility and all equipment within utilized by the program is operational while also carrying a caseload to provide direct Early Intervention (EI) services. Position will oversee EI program in Oklahoma County.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required at this level consists of a Master’s degree, (except for a Registered Nurse, a BSN Degree acceptable). Applicants must have two years professional supervisory, managerial, consultative or experience in Allied Health discipline.

Required: Applicant must be licensed or certified in one of the following disciplines: Speech Language Pathologist, Behavior Health Clinician, Social Work, Child Development Specialist, Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Special Education.

Required at this level include knowledge of agency policies and procedures; of all state and federal legislation related to assigned agency programs; and of supervisory principles and practices. Ability is required to supervise and evaluate personnel and program performance; to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to interpret and apply policy material; and to maintain effective working relationships with others.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Work is intermittently performed in an office setting with a climate-controlled settings and exposure to moderate noise level. While performing the duties of the job, employee is required to talk, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Work also requires travel to/from client homes to provide intervention services to children with significant developmental delays birth-3 years of age. Services are delivered based upon the Individualized Family Service Plan developed in conjunction with the family. Being present at the office is an essential function of the job.
