We are looking for a person that leads and coordinates the preparation of the affiliate annual audits and other auditor examinations; and assist the real estate team with affiliate budget preparations , p lans and coordinates the accounting process for affiliate properties that provide affordable housing; reviews, evaluates work methods, procedures, provides technical support to real estate teams and property management accountants, and enforces policies and procedures, analyzes and reviews financial reports and much more.

What YOU have to offer us:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in finance/accounting; and three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional experience in financial accounting experience, management, budget, financial analysis or a related field. At least one (1) year experience working as a technical or functional lead is highly desirable. Ideal candidates will provide administrative, budgetary, and workflow support to the Finance Department and agency staff, analyzes programmatic practices and procedures for organizational, operational, policy, and procedural improvements; conducts needs analyses, provide agency-wide payroll monitoring and support and other related tasks.
