Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.
Major/Essential Functions
- Maintain a working knowledge of the rules and regulations of federal, state, and local accounts and the HSC Travel OPs.
- Run reports to ensure compliance with state audit guidelines and tax guidelines.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Online Travel System Emburse Enterprise.
- Review, process and approve travel applications for appropriateness and accuracy for end-users.
- Reconcile monthly centrally billed travel accounts.
- Interact with department end-users and vendors on payment and travel-related issues.
- Research and resolve travel questions.
- Assist with recommendations for training document updates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in job related field plus two (2) years responsible related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal six (6) years.
