Position Description
Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in carrying out departmental objectives in a unit of a department.

Major/Essential Functions

• Embraces the values-based culture of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
• Adheres to institutional and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Maintains accuracy of eBook holdings by routinely checking for broken links and other access issues.
• Maintains accuracy of OCLC holdings by removing holdings of items no longer in the collection.
• Downloads and edits eBook records in the ILS; may make copy cataloging decisions, with sufficient experience.
• Creates and edits physical item records and processes physical items as needed.
• Attends library/institutional meetings and product tutorials as needed, either virtually or in person.
• Uses EDS Publication Finder to perform eJournal holdings changes and clean-up for purchased and open access resources.
• Reports all duties to supervisor in a weekly report.
• Tracks holdings changes to send to branch libraries.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two years of job-related experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal six years.
