The Facility Security Officer (FSO) provides strategic oversight and daily management of security operations for the Raytheon Lawton, OK site. This role ensures the protection of personnel, facilities, and assets while maintaining full compliance with NISPOM requirements, SEAD 3, and Continuous Vetting obligations. The FSO serves as the primary Key Management Personnel (KMP) interface for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other federal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall industrial security program and compliance with the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117), and other government and contractual obligations.
- Lead and support the annual Self-Inspection, ensuring findings are documented and corrective actions are implemented.
- Develop, deliver, and oversee security training, education, and awareness programs to meet all NISP requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and DCSA security reviews.
- Manage the accountability, control, storage, and transmission of classified information and associated equipment.
- Coordinate with and support the ISSM on classified area operations, system authorization requirements, and classified processing activities.
- Manage all aspects of physical security for the site, including facility safeguards, access control measures, and security system oversight.
- Administer required security briefings and debriefings, including initial, annual, and termination briefings.
- Conduct administrative inquiries and investigations, document results, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.
- Collect, analyze, and report security metrics to support program oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of industrial security experience, including a minimum of four (4) years serving as an FSO for a cleared facility.
- Current FSO certification for a possessing facility.
- Experience with the National Industrial Security Program and experience working with DCSA or other Cognizant Security Agencies, including interaction with site leadership.
- Experience with Microsoft Products

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
