Seeking a Superintendent to lead a large-scale multifamily project in Fort Myers, FL. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with strong ground-up experience and the ability to drive project execution, safety, quality, and team performance. Client Details A well-established South Florida general contractor with more than 35 years of success delivering educational, affordable housing, and interior buildout projects. The business is known for its employee retention, client-first approach, and strong reputation for building lasting relationships. Description * Oversee daily site operations for a 5-story multifamily development valued at approximately $40M * Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to maintain project milestones * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements * Lead project teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders * Manage project delivery from construction through closeout activities Profile * Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects * Strong knowledge of concrete, block, and structural construction methods * Ability to lead teams and maintain accountability on site * Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets * Multifamily experience preferred but not required with strong ground-up expertise Job Offer Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + benefits * 55% employer-paid healthcare coverage * 401(k) with 3% company match * Opportunity to join a stable contractor with strong tenure and repeat client relationships MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
